    Dissatisfied with customer service

    The item is fine and I love using it. However I have sent two emails requesting that the new year code be added to my order and reimbursed to me since I had forgot to do it before submitting my order. This far I have not received an email reply, or reimbursement and it have been over a week, I have already received my products ordered. Ihopeto hear from someone soon.

    Works great!

    It's one of the best eye serums I've used. A little goes a long way. It's tightened the skin around my eyes and smoothed the wrinkles. I even use it around my upper lip to help with the lip lines.
